Return Policy

We do not accept order cancellations and no cash refunds.  Store credit will be issued on approved returns only. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, contact Dodi Jo's within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery.  We do not accept returns on sale items. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We don't accept returns or exchanges related to hair on hide pattern or color.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at shop@dodijos.com. If your return is accepted, mail your item back to 1191 E. Mountain Vista Pl Washington, UT 84780 at your expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Facebook Return Requests
All return requests through Facebook will be declined but that doesn't mean you can't return your item.  We prefer to work directly with each individual for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges
 
If you exchange for an item and the cost is less than the original purchase the price difference will be issued as store credit.  If the cost of the exchange item is more than the original purchase, an invoice will be sent for the difference.  

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a code to be used at checkout for the store credit available to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. If you want to exchange an item purchased you are welcome to do so assuming the item meets the exchange requirements. Return shipping is at the customer expense.
